  6. Each time you turn on your computer, you will be greeted with a helpful hint for eeking out whatever small share of not-miserableness* THE STATE may see fit to allow you.

  17. TO INSTALL:
  18.  
  19. 1) Double click on The Complete State application -Nothing much will seem to happen, but it's important for you to follow orders.
  20.  
  21. 2) Now place The Complete State application in the StartUpItems folder which can be found in your system folder. 
  22.  
  23. 3) THE STATE in it's efficiency has no need of a "3"
  24.  
  25. TO UNINSTALL:
  26. Remove "The Complete State" application from your StartUpItems folder and delete the StartupScreen file in your system folder.
  27.  
  28. NOTE:
  29. If you already have a StartupScreen this will replace/delete it.  
  30. To save your StartupScreen change its name before running. (i.e. StartupScreen2).
